Form Instructions
Thank you for your interest in The University of Mississippi High School.
Click on each of the tabs to the left to complete each section of the application. Once you
have entered all applicable information, you may submit the form using the button located on the tab marked,
"Submit Application."
Once this form has been submitted, you will receive instructions for submitting the rest of
the necessary application materials including the Parent Agreement and Local School Approval forms.

To register for a class, select the discipline from the drop-down menu and click on the appropriate course. If you are
registering in more than one course, simply return to the drop-down menu and select the discipline and the course. The system will save all
course choices.
You must choose at least one course.
Courses marked with single or double asterisks are designed to be taken sequentially.
If you marked 'Referral' above, please answer the following 3 questions:

Once you click 'Submit' below, you will be sent to pay your fees in the amount
of $0.00. If you need to make a payment plan, you may choose to pay half
the balance now and contact our office to make further payment arrangements.
