Click on each of the tabs to the left to complete each section of the application. Once you have entered all applicable information, you may submit the form using the button located on the tab marked, "Submit Application."

Once this form has been submitted, you will receive further instructions for submitting the rest of the necessary application materials including the Parent Agreement and Local School Approval forms.

Proctor Information

Please provide contact information for the proctor. The UMHS office will contact the proctor to submit a Proctor/Supervisor Request Form, which will be delivered via email or fax. Please note: Oxford/Lafayette County students will test at the Distance Education Testing Lab (DETL) in Kinard Hall. Information will be sent to students regarding scheduling exams.

To register for a class, select the discipline from the drop-down menu and click on the appropriate course. If you are registering in more than one course, simply return to the drop-down menu and select the discipline and the course. The system will save all course choices.






Courses marked with single or double asterisks are designed to be taken sequentially.
